4. Paschimottanasana:

This asana burns the fat in your tummy region and also give the required stretch to the thighs, hamstring, and hips. You can take care of your digestive disorders with the help of this pose.

5. Ustrasana:

The Ustrasana or the camel pose is a posture which gives your abdomen a good stretch, as well as engages your upper body, back and lower back muscles. A warm, comfortable tension fills the body as you release and experience the benefits of this asana.
